I got engaged in january 2012 so i started planning my wedding i went to hotel izulu in ballito and really like the venue i decided to pay a deposit of 7500 however i did not sign the contract. the wedding i was planning was for 9 August 2013 due to certain circumstances and my Fiance being overseas we had to cancel the wedding i had emailed Ronine the functions co-ordinator to inform her of the cancellation and i asked for a refund as i hadnt signed any contract and i had paid 1yr inadvance however they refused to give me any money back. this is totally digusting and at the same time. it wasnt as if i was cancelling 3 months before the wedding it was a year before! and i doubt they lost out on anything because there is probably a wedding taking place there on the 9 August anyway... Hotel Izulu is not a business with the slogan put the customer first/ the customer is always ryt... i personnally will never go back there their service stinks!!!
