Still waiting for refund for more that 3 weeks now

I logged my refund on the discovery site for claims and after a week I didn't get any feedback, so i called the call centre and i had to log the claim again and i was told it will take around 3 day to payback my money by a lady called TK here is the reference number : 2930939248 and after a week of no refund i called again and Norman told me that the she logged the query to the wrong department and he will fix it ref number 2938689380 and i will get my money and 3 weeks later i still have not receive my money. This is really disappointing from such a big company like this that customers that pay so much every month have to resort to this for them to pay their customers back.
