Billing/Account issue and BAD staff attitude

I had a LOT of back and forth with incorrect billing, threatening text messages about being handed over, when your systems and processes are CLEARLY at fault! On top of that, I've had to deal with incompetent and RUDE staff who put phones down in ones ear. As long as I have a choice, I WILL NOT use Lancet laboratories, as you OBVIOUSLY do not have your house in order. I am a Management Consultant, so you are more than welcome to hire to to assist with resolving some of your system, process and staffing issues!!
