I have had a problem with Virgin Active for a month now.
My account has not been set to the discount rate because they complain that it is Discovery Vitality that has not given them a letter stating that I am back on Vitality. When I call Discovery Vitality they say that they have sent the information to Vitality, so I stuck between the two companies passing the buck to each other. None of them wants to take the responsibility and fix the problem. I have now missed gym because I refuse to pay the full amount as I am on Vitality. I am desperately thinking of cancelling and buying my own gym equipment.
