I wrote a complaint about Discovery Vitality refusing my request for a refund on a discount I would have received if not for the very not informative and not user friendly online Vitality booking page. I received a response from Vitality the next day saying Discovery have taken my suggestions into consideration and they will be reviewed by the relevant business area. However, I have yet received a follow up!!!
