I had an accident with a heater today at about 2pm and burnt my leg very badly but still had to come to work as I was the only person on late shift, I tried calling Camaf at 17h00 on both numbers 0860 100 545, 0860 100 544 to get authorisation so that I can go to the emergency room after work at 19h30 only to be told by a recorded voice that their offices are closed and close at 16h00 on a Friday. Y is there is no emergency phone number, on their cards or on their website? Or is it that in Camaf's world people only get into accidents during work hours! I am, asolutely furious and utterly alarmed. I pay a fortune to this medical aid every month and to discover this shocking level of bad service, I am really p i s s e d off
