Computer system rude and systems inadequate

After endless struggles to get bill submitted to med aid correctly, it has now been paid but I am told it could take a further month to appear on my account. In the meantime I am being handed over as per SMS notification. There is no communication between call centre staff and auto SMS system. I am told by Pravin to ignore SMS, but not if I am threatened!! What do I do for the next month till they realise that the bill has been paid, and what do I do about my ITC listing? Not my idea of competent systems in place, but Lancet get my vote for the most threatening SMS System!!
