I booked out the entire B & B accommodation at Kearsney Manor for my wedding. I confirmed the booking and was awaiting banking details to pay a deposit. The manager confirmed my reservation via email and still didn't supply banking details to deposit the money, although she stated she was generating an invoice for me. This was after a week of not hearing from them, i sent a confirmatory email and asked to supply the details. Almost immediately I received an email saying
"Thanks for your e-mail. Yes, I have done the reservation for you.
Attached please find the Room Description form - kindly indicate how many people will be staying over on the Saturday night and how many on the Friday night. Once I have the exact numbers, I will prepare your invoice for the 50% deposit. The balance will be payable closer to the time."
A couple hours after sending this email I received another one saying they can no longer accommodate me as another bridal party viewed the venue this past weekend, and has booked the venue and paid a deposit.
After numerous phone calls they did not care and put the phone down on me and said they cant help and too bad. I am disgusted they did this!!
