I have called the call center 3 times over the last 2 days. I have a claim that I have submitted from Lancet that I paid cash for & Discovery Health is not paying due to the wrong procedure code being used. I have spoken to Lancet & they say that is the procedure code they use for that procedure. Discovery is saying that Lancet must phone them so they can educate them as to what the correct code is & Lancet is saying Discovery can call them. I am now stuck in the middle of this & my claim is not being reimbursed. It states exactly what procedure I had done & that I paid cash for this service I can not understand why Discovery can't assist me & process this claim.
