After getting endless calls and emails and and and from VeriCred, regarding an account that was already settled etc etc i decided to ask Practice Relief to please contact VeriCred to sort out the issue with them. Clinton had contacted them and sorted out my problem in no time.
Great to deal with a person in an accounts department that actually does their job.
