Received a Statement of Final Demand on 19 Jul 2013, which needed to be paid 10 days from date of postage which was 10 April 2013 or the account will be handed over, the issue is not the payment but the fact that no prior statements has arrived or not further attempts to make contact or provide eariler statements. I contacted the Accounts department, to advise why no eariler attempt to send the statement and the lady insisted that she sent emails, sms and tried to call and to my knowledge none of this was the case. She also advised that the account has been handed over. However I did pay the account and I will not accept this pathetic excuse of attempts to make contact or accept that that account is handed over for incompentent staff memebers who do not do their jobs correctly.

Please get your accounts department in order and ensure that attempts are made before handing over a customer. I mean this was for only R150.00

I hope this can be corrected and we can move on from this.
