I am currently sitting in a cold hospital ward unable to sleep because the nursing staff i
s not willing to help and does not seem interested in my explanation of my problem. Phindile who I have asked for help at 21h30 still hasn't been back to me with assistance. I haven't been able to sleep for over a week & I just received a prescription yesterday & I haven't been able to fill the prescription yet. Unfortnately, this morning I found myself having to come to hospital for something else. I have explained my situation to this Phindile person & that the prescription is still in my car in the parking lot. Phindile's suggestion "wait until morning so you can go and get it". I'm not sure how she expects me to do that being tied to a drip. So now the situation is 23h40 I'm nowhere near to falling asleep, I am exhausted as dog and it's not Phindile's problem. Now I'm thinking what in all that is good & holy was I doing in Rand Clinic in the 1st place. I could have gone to a better hospital in my area.
