I have been with medihelp for about 7 years now and can honestly say that I have never had a problem until this afternoon: My little girl went for a dental procedure at a day clinic in which I received an authorisation for both the clinic as well as the aneathetist. I was made aware that the dentist's payment comes out of my savings which is perfectly acceptable. However, I discovered today that although they paid 100% of the clinic cost they paid the aneathetist out of my savings! I have spoken to over 5 different consultants and each one gives me a different reason contradicting themselves and the other consultants. Can someone clued-up please contact me regarding my claim as I am sick with worry as I am now responsible for other medical bills that is supposed to come out of my savings which is now depleted. This is after all why I have a medical aid..
