I am Uterly DISGUSTED by the servive I have received from Bonitas, I have sent a complaint last week after having to call 6 - 7 times for my tax certificate, I was called back the same day after loging the complaint and was told I will get a call back the day after, it's been almost a week since and still NO feedback and NO tax certificate, the service is Pathetic, I am taking the matter further and I am getting my lawyer to call regarding the matter, as I need to Urgently complete my efilling as I am already overdue, should I get a penalty from SARS because I have not submitted my PROSANO tax certificate on time, I am taking the matter further as I will not be paying for a penalty bacause Bonitas has failed to send me my PROSANO tax certificate on time, I have read some of the complaints on here and noticed that another member had the same problem his query was resolved in a no time why has mine not been resolved.
Bonitas will be hearing from my lawyers soon.
