Terrible service delivery

Saw Dr S Soma (ENT @ Sunninghill Hospital) - my baby needed grommets. I 'booked' the procedure at Sunninghill's Pre-admissions for Fri 28. Arrived 6.30am and we were sent to casualty as paediatric ward was full. Casualty failed to confirm our arrival so we waited. At 9am we were seen by a PR officer who apologised for lack of service as the hospital was "overfull". My baby had now not had fluids for 9 hrs. Still on ER bed, we were sent to the theatre waiting area - CHAOS. Completely full, all beds crammed next to each other. Anaesthetist referred to it as a "sausage factory" - nice! Not seen by Dr Soma before going into theatre at 10.30. Paediatric ward still full, sent to Orchard ward, told no room. My baby's cot was shoved in a corner. The nurse was unsure if she could take fluids so she went to ask & never returned. Seen an hour later by another nurse - my baby had actually been discharged directly after the procedure (no vitals checked, no Dr visit). Got meds and called Dr Soma's rooms for the 7 day post-op appointment. I left a message & 10 days later am still waiting for them to get back to me! Absolute shocking service by a very expensive hospital group! Will never go back!
