Hi. I would like to compliment Mpho Makoro on her excellent service. I left Bonitas medical aid in December 2012, but still had queries to do with our medical tax certificate for February 2013. Mpho has helped me all the way. She has assisted with querying, following up, continuous feedback, & eventually through her dedication, i was able to receive all the necessary information and complete our taxes. She has really bent over backwards to get me the necessary information, even when she was in meetings, training, off sick or swamped with work. She is outstanding as a person, and an employee. She is kind & patient. An asset to any company.
