I have a membership that entitles me to discounts if I book via the Holiday Express call centre. I padi for a membership. Using it for the first time I called the call centre and the hotel directly to compare and I got the exact same rate - not a cent different. Why did I pay a membership fee that offered up to 50% discounts and yet I get 0%? Nobody is prepare to assist. There document on the net says I can book as many as available on discounted rates, yet the call centre says only one can be booked. I specifically asked this question when taking the membership and now I am being told otherwise.
I have sent emails and expected a call back from the customer care department. None yet.
