Vitality is giving me a big headache, i always pay them on time every month but they cancelled my vitality. I emailed them the proof of payments (Ref: 2894721492). but still my vitality is inactive. so please tell me where is all my money lying if you still can't activate my vitality. also if you fail to do so, then please kindly refund all my money back as from the date you cancelled my vitality. i am tired of calling vitality and never get the feedback. this is been happening since February and is so inconveniencing.
