On the 11/6/2013 I placed an order for 2 Boxes of eggs. The following day our order was not delivered. The reason I was given is that the driver returned with the order, because it was too late. They did not bother to inform us.
On the 18/6/2013 I placed an order to be delivered on the 19/6/2013.
During my inspection of the stock, I found expired Cheese and expired Marvello Full Fat and a leaking and filthy bottle of Soya Sauce, and the wrong products and qty's being delivered.
Amazed at the utter disregard for Health & Safety and the treatment as a customer. I thought to give Target Foods a chance to rectify this mistake.
On the 20/6/2013, again the order was not delivered, because it was too late.
On the 1st of July in the morning we placed another order, that was supposed to be delivered on 2nd July, was not delivered!!! We have guests to feed. We sent a letter of complaint to them notifying them of the above and they assured us they would rectify their problem, until the incident on the 1/2 July.
