My mother was recently admitted to the lenmed clinic private hospital.. Her surgery went off quite well, I have no complaints with any of the doctors who attended to her, however the nursing staff in the surgical ward 1 were absolutely rude cold and in unhelpful they provided no assistance and were arrogant about service, the head nurse/ nurse in charge was so cold and had injured my mom when removing the drip, my mother has just under gone surgery a few hours before, due to a power outage we had to take her home we had to beg for a wheel chair because the nurse had expected her to walk out in the cold to the car... For a private hospital that claims their service is tops its pretty pathetic! Nurses are suppose to help people not make them suffer, I am seriously disgusted by this service being a resident in lenasia it's shameful to be treating people in this manne
