II'LL MAKE IT A POINT THAT I TELL EVERY 1 WHO WAS USING Ubuntu pharmacy about their Appauling Ethics and how they are not following proper procedure to Dispence medication. I'm sure they'll loose lot of client, i'm already utilsing Dischem and my family, friends and colleques have stopped ordering medication from them.
I need to report the matter that happened on the 07.06.2013 time was 13:19pm, I dialled UBUTNU Pharmacy to order medication, I ordered Lenseloc Schedule 1, over the counter Medication, and other medication for flu for my son, I always order the medication without any hassle being told it needs a Prescription but on that specific day the woman who was assisting me informed me she need a prescription, which I in turn asked if you could give me Lanseloc without prescription back then why the sadden chance and other Medication I used to order little did I know back then it needed prescription until she refused to give me the over the counter medication that's when I realised there's a lot this Pharmacy was doing wrong.
What brought the change, The rude lady couldn't give me a proper answer she got so Rude and defensive. I have never received such a
