On a visit (March 16) I was confronted by seriously bad treatment throughout the day and was subjected to ghastly treatment by the casino staff & management. While in the Prive the machine locked with a message that I had won a mystery jackpot. Being the Prive a decent prize was anticipated. After 45 minute wait for help I was told the "mystery Jackpot" was R4. How embarrassing!! everyone around laughed hysterically. Later I was playing at table. After a few hours I needed to leave table for a few minutes. I put my chair up and asked inspector & dealer to keep an eye on my chips (2 stacks) On my return chips were gone and seat given to someone else. Staff & pit boss seemed disinterested. I reported matter to shift manager in Prive. After almost an hour I was told that the surveillance had reported that my chips and seat had been taken by the same person.? The shift manager "estimated" that the amount to be a lot less than that had been lost. Not only did the remain he was allowed to carry on playing. They refused to allow me to view recording of. I was left standing without a seat and no recourse. I have banned myself after several years of loyalty.
