After wasting our time further today unlike the response Discovery have messed up again and done nothing to help us when it was their fault with our booking. According to the unhelpful Matseko she sent an email to the travel department 4 hours ago and thats her idea of escalating a situation, HA! HA! How laughable, and I need be at a hotel tomorrow with 2 small babies and thanks to Discovery my accomodation is not sorted. Further to that she refuses to give us the office number for the CEO.
That is why in the last year I have cancelled my Discovery invest portfolio and my discovery life portfolio, because of pathetic service like this. Who is Discovery window dressing for? When my wife spoke to the relationship manager he has the nerve to tell her he does not know why he needs speak to her!!
