Poor service and bad attitude

My daughter was admitted as a private pasient to the maternity ward where she received a friendly welcome. After 5 hours the most unfriendly, bossy lady (Ilse) walked in, asking questions about the babies medical aid. The end was that my daughter was discharged not having her baby because we could not pay an additional R100 000.00 rand immediately. Please inform your pre-admission clerks about this extra money, because when we did the booking I have asked more than 3 times if the R28000.00 we had to pay also include the expenses for the baby. We had to complete forms to get refunded, the forms were emailed on the 12th of June. On the form they promissed to do the refund within 3 days, we are still waiting for the money to be refunded to us. Please we need this money to pay another hospital for the delivery of the baby, As we were told Eugene Marais Hospital is a business and not a hospital, then please run your business as stated.
