We airlifted an injured seaman direct to hospital 23 Feb 2013. We closed the file sent to owners overseas for settlement by insurance end March 2013. We get an email with invoice attached 11 April 2013 from er24. We send an email back saying sorry file closed and we cannot recover the funds from overseas owners. 24 April i get the first sms threatening handover, we reply saying do not send us stupid sms's rather read your emails. Guess what we get another threatening sms today 20/6 - in the interim we managed to recover the funds and actually paid the invoice on 05 June 2013 . Way to go ER24 if this is how you manage your accounts I would hate to be treated by staff when i have a medical emergency.
