Apparently my baby's ears were tested when he was born in Linmed hospital last year September. Now we get hostile calls from Schulenburg Attorneys about an outstanding invoice which we will be sued for. The initial amount was for R200 or something. The attorneys have added R300 for their own call to us. This is ridiculous. We have never received one invoice or one call. Why not? Its almost a year later. We could have paid that small amount ages ago. This is petty and very bad customer service. We never ever let accounts go unpaid. Had we known about this one it would have been paid last year.
