I am disgraced

On the 2 April 2013 I called Bonitas for my tax certificate and all dental statements for 2012 (wish I'm still waiting for) spoke to a very unhelpful girl Londiwe (very unhelpful agent), who escalated my call to her team leader Lerato (who needs to go for more management training). Who promised me she will send me my tax certificate once it is available on the 15 May 2013 (she then failed to do so).

Subsequently I emailed and called again to get my tax certificate on the 5 june.

On the 09 June I called the fund again spoke to Bandile (a very helpful agent) and told him my tax certificate has been calculated wrong. He then said he will follow up and call me back, wish he did, he then explained his awaiting my claims breakdown from prime cure.

The 11 June I called again and asked to Bandile who said he is waiting on the IT to do the recon on my tax certificate. I know now it is out of his control and it is up to the powers to be to assist in this matter.

I called again on the 18 June with no joy. " SO WHAT NOW? What do I need to do to get my tax certificate?
