I have upgraded my membership for this year... in FEBRUARY I phoned the call centre to request a new membership card to be sent to me and I was told it will take six weeks. I was then sent a membership certificate. In APRIL I decided to call again and enquire about the card not being delivered... the call centre agent apologised and told me some story about the post office strike, again he sent me a membership certificate and told me I will have my card in 2 weeks. Its been 5 months now and I still don't have my card
