We booked our staff in at Queen Bed and Breakfast for 4 days - recommended by a well known fast food franchise - due to training.
They moved our staff to downgraded rooms, the breakfast was horrible - not the money worth - they do not have the equipment to prepare breakfast - but they offer that service.
They did not listen to our complaints or even bothered to rectify what we complained about.
When making the booking the arrangement was made that we pay a deposit and a balance on checking out. We paid the balance the day before our delegates was suppose to check out and Nahomie of Queen Bed and Breakfast locked our staff in a room because she said that we did not pay.
This is a violation of human rights.
We received numerous negative messages from her and she threatened our staff as well.
How can you recommend Queen's Bed and Breakfast to anyone else.
This business should be closed down.
