Lancet accounts incorrect

After receiving threatening phone calls that I will be listed on ITC (and that the phone call is recorded) if an amount of R893.10 is not paid due to none payment from my medical aid. After reconciling there account for them utilizing the proof of payment received from my medical aid, and after numerous phone calls and even suggesting that I go to there office to explain the payments made by my medical aid as they cant reconcile there accounts but was informed that I cant go to there offices. I have also forward them tree times the proof of payment from my medical aid. After all these phone calls I requested to speak to a supervisor and was then speaking to a Ms Solomon at the accounts whereby I e mailed the proof of payment again to her, after 5 days she replied back saying that we still owe them now n different amount. I acknowledge that as per the payment made by my medical aid that there is a shortfall of R362.30 as per there account for (using own procedure room) that was not paid by my medical aid (how ridicules is that) but will pay it or resubmit to my medical aid if I can get n correct account. Is there somebody at that company that can count that can assist me?
