I had blood tests done on thyroid results where out of spec so dr requested a further breakdown on test. Momentum says they are not going to pay as this was not on original request, they need a motivation letter. Pathcare needs to have a procedure in place that there is record of these requests as it becomes customers prob at the end of the day. I have to spend my time, money figuring out why this not paid. Im sorry this is not on. Lady i spoke to says there are thousands of claims a day with same querries... halllooooo... if there was a system in place there would be no reason to querry as medical aid would pay...
