Irritated! Account was paid and still handed ove

I owed Discovery an amount of R405.00. I paid this amount 24 May 2013. I drew a Transunion report yesterday and you listed me for a default on 24 May 2013. This payment as at yesterday was still not allocated to my account. I have been dealing with Randall and Rachel in Settlement Solutions, sent Randall proof of payment 11 June at 10:10am (after sending the payment to healthinfo on 3 occassions before I sent it to Randall). I was told it will take 48 hours to resolve this matter. So the payment should be allocated in te next few minutes. I then requested them to contact Transunion and have the default removed. Lo and behold, I recived an SMS from Shapiro Shaik&Assoc@ 08:32am saying my account was handed over to them. I called the attorneys and was told that this account was handed over 12 June 2013, which was yesterday. So despite all my correspondence and phone calls, YOU STILL MESSED UP! Either incompetent or negligent! I demand that this is sorted immediately! With both Transunion as well as Shapiro Shaik and I refuse to pay the charges of R65 that Shapiro has subsequently added to this account! This time a "sorry" won't cut it! I want proof that my demands have been actioned!
