Discovery health chronic department called me in about two month ago and informed me that from now on if I take the medication from the nearest pharmacy I will be required to pay 25% of the chronic medication for me and my daughter to avoid that I have to ask my daughter to send them our script and they will communicate with optipharm to deliver them for me and my Dr did that, However the medication was not delivered and I went back to my DOCTOR who have proved to me that she has done that and I phoned Discovery two weeks to enquire and they promised that a certain chemist will be contacting me asap to deliver the medication which did not happen and we haven't had our HIV chronic medication for the past two weeks and communication with them recently I was told that every month I have to call and order that medication such a hassle and the lady indicated that lot of client are complaining and actually what Discovery care most about is the money paid to them not our health whether we die or not it maters not to then and really wonder why they stopped us from getting meds from clicks.
