I had a back operation at the end of November 2011. The operation was approved and authorized by Gems. We did everything that was required by us prior to the operation. Gems did not honor the Claim from Wilge Heuwel as a result of Wilge Heuwel Incompetent STAFF not SUBMITTING the Claim to Gems WITHIN 3 MONTHS. Now Wilge Heuwel wants to hold us responsible for the moneys that was available to them witch they forfeited through their incompetent employees not submitting the claim to Gems. WE WILL NOT PAY THE MONEY!!!
WE WILL LET A COURT OF LAW DECIDE IF WE CAN BE KEPT RESPONSIBLE WHEN WILGE HEUWEL HOSPITAL STAFF CANT DO THEIR JOB. ALL COSTS THAT WE INCUR AS A RUSULT OF THIS MATTER WILL BE FOR THE ACCOUNT OF WILGE HEUWEL HOSPITAL
