Netcare
Bullies at Montana Hospital

My two children was admitted to Montana Hospital.
o Not once was the babys nappy changed to see if her rash improves.
o Not once was I offered assistance to bath or clean the baby or my son
o Not once was I offered a blanket or pillow
o Not once was the bedding cleaned on their own
o Not once was there a red dustbin in the room
o Not once was a towel offered for the children

I was informed that when the parent pay R800 per night extra for a private room and then they are responsible for all the care in their ward. The nurses is only there to administer medicine. I am not to leave the room for as I am the one responsible for them. They sign medicine as given wich has not yet been administer in the charts. When you ask them they say "I don't know". Medicine don't get adminster and if I ask questions I am bulling that its not my bussines. State hospitals give better care then Montana Hospital nurses! I have given a full complaint to the hospital and Netcare customer care.
