Im truly furious regarding this matter, i email a complaint yesterday to netcares complaint department, and haven't even received any feedback or acknowledgement that they are going investigate the matter.
It looks like netcare wants their members to complain on hello peter.
This is truly beyond pathetic.!!!
My orthodontics account is 6 months in arrears, due to incompetence!!!
I have phoned 6 times and have email netcare 6 times, and every time i attach the dam authorisation form that they so desperately need to pay my account. but your department are suppose to have ala these documentation as for the last year 2012 they have paid my claim!!!
Please can this dam account be paid as this reflect badly on my name.
and can someone contact me or give me some kind of correspondence regarding this!
