On the 2nd of June Discovery made an unauthorized debit order from my bank account of R893, I called today and spoke to Chloe who was utterly rude to me, telling me that I should go to the bank to get a bank statement that will serve as prove that the money was debited from my bank account. A 1st debit order was made on the 25th of May, 2nd Debit order made on the 2nd of June. I mean really now, how on earth can you just deduct money from someone's bank account and when they contact you to ask you why you did that you tell them that they should go to the bank to get prove, whereas you can just check on your system why the debit order was made.
