Cannot process an Authorisation

I am a Bestmed Member on the Pulse 1 plan supported by Primecure service provider. Over the weekend the second member had an emergency room visit and as per procedure I am now attempting to obtain authorization for the viit. On my Bestmed card is a number to dail to obtain authorization... this number is not correct and goes to Bestmed, not Primecure. I dailed the number for Primecure supplied on the Bestmed website, but the agents I'm put through to refuse to offer any service as they say they never have and currently don't service Bestmed. I only have a 24h window to obtain autoriztion. As the call center is refusing me service I accept that the email correspondence sent to [Email Removed] will be sufficient.
