AFTER SENDING CHANGE OF BANKING DETAILS X3

I have send my change of banking details x3 to discovery and had endless problems getting it solved, then they debit the correct change of banking details account but cancel my Vitality with out notifying me. Then when I call 6 months later after only then finding out that my Vitality was cancelled in January with out my me knowing. I have given the correct banking details. But you say the account doesn't exist??? WHAT!!!
Then from 07h30 - 08;30 on the phone from one person to another 6 consultants cant help me.

Discovery I had to wait 6 months for R1800.00 that you had to pay back to me, I eventually got the cheque in my post after 4 moths. Is so sad that this is Health, luckily I have a good heart if this was an older person I am sure he would have been in hospital with heart problems.

I dont have a history of bad payemts, so now due to your mistakes in the works place. I am a bad payer. TO BE SORTED ASAP!

What kind of customer service is this. I will not pay for your mistake VITALITY .

This is pathetic Service or lets not complain about the service because there is no service.
I want my vitality reinstated today. SORT IT OUT .
