I got an sms from Lancet laboratories threatening to hand me over to ITC. This is in terrible bad taste and I am convinced NOT within the Consumer Council rules. Discovery partially paid Lancet or Discovery did not pay for Lancet services BUT this was not even a month ago since the service was renderred. I have NO problem paying what I owe. But a decent invoice in my e-mail box or physical mail box would have been nice and acceptable and professional first of all. I did NOT receive an invoice and the service has not even been rendered a month ago. Instead I immediately receive this threatening SMS. Well, I shall move my chronic INR tests to Ampath now. I do not like giving business to unprofessional companies with a total lack of customer relationship management. Lancet in my view stinks and I will tell this to everyone and post this all over the different media channels. How disgusting?
