Incompetence on the part of Discovery Medical Aid

Hi Peter. Thanks to Discovery Health my bank has threatened to close my bank account. Even though I pay them via EFT and am paid up they refuse to cancel the debit order. On Wed I called and not once did the consultant inform me that I had to give 30 days notice or that another debit order would be needed 01 July which means my bank account will be closed. To add salt to the wound, I just get told now that they never allocated the Vitality payment to my account so are double debit me now tell me what the bank will do as there is insufficient funds to cover a double debit and yet here is the proof I sent them at the beginning of May and all they can say is SORRY, how is that going to help now?
