In February 2013 we found out that we were pregnant so I called care cross for an authorization no. For my gynea visit. I was furious to find out that specialists had to be from a network, this was not what we were told when we joined. Apparently liberty changed their benefits in January without making their clients aware, had I known this in January, I would have changed to another medical aid. I was already pregnant when I found out and was stuck with liberty. Our financial advisor was so useless and unhelpful, it's shocking. I've now got a dilemma where my doctor is not covered and care cross refuses to give me an authorization no for the hospital, I am livid, what's the point of having this medical aid. I've been hit around like a ping pong ball between care cross and liberty and no one can give me answers. I'm disgusted with liberty and I would not recommend them to anyone. My documents say one thing and the call center says something else. I really dont need all this stress.
