Further to the dental drama, i then receive an sms from Medicross saying that my account is outstanding please may i pay. Medicross is able to send smses to remind you about your appointments, but when there are no funds in the account, they are silent until they want their money, just dodgy and disappointing. I then call accounts to ask for a payment plan, it is tuesday and still i have not a word from the Accounts departement and when i confronted them with this issue i am not helped but blamed and told that this is all strange. I dont think any customer would willing go to a dr knowing they have no funds, ad as medicross, why accept if you know that there are no funds? Im bitterly disappointed by the service received from Medicross.. Very sad
