I find unacceptable that your staff is refusing to assist my mom in Afrikaans despite her various attempts to find an Afrikaans staff member.
She has phoned and requested that she want to be assisted in Afrikaans and after a week nobody bothered.
When she speaks to a call centre staff member and ask to be assisted in Afrikaans he told her you just spoke English. (Simphiwe)
As far as my knowledge no where was it stated that you only deal in English with members.
I want this to be looked at and contacted to see what is the issue since the Afrikaans members money is good enough so they deserved to be helped in their preferred language.
As well as why your staff can action a request as basic as returning a phone call.
This is pathethic that I need to go to a forum as hellopeter to try and get some joy.
