I've applied for Vitality Baby and logged onto the Vitality Mall and ordered my free pregnancy magazines in March 2013. To date I have not received any magazine. I had the exact same problem with my previous pregnancy where I logged on and ordered the magazines but nothing came through. Not the Your Pregnancy Magazines nor the Your Baby magazines. I find this to be very disheartening as I thought that my magazines would be delivered during the course of my pregnancy. I'm now nearing the end of my pregnancy and receiving any if not all of the 3 Your Pregnancy magazine that was promised now would be useless to me. I do hope that I would still receive the Your Baby magazine once my baby is born next month. If not I don't see what's the benefit of even having Vitality Baby as the free Magazines is what I looked forward to when signing up for Vitality.
I've sent the above email direct to [Email Removed] on 10/05/2013 and to date I have not received any emailed response nor a phone call from Vitality. I'm utterly disgusted with the service I'm receiving. Is this how you've started treating your loyal clients?
