On the 29/03 my husband went to see the doctor, Dr Barker. I paid cash on the day. The lady at the counter was very rude and quite in my opinion. Three days later, a claim was submitted to my medical aid as well for the same visit. I am still waiting over a month now for my refund. I have had no correspondence, emails or one phone call to keep me updated. Apparently in this day and age Medicross needs a years worth of documents to refund a person and then they do it by cheque, yet they demand cash and are more than happy to claim from one's medical aid quite speedily. Absolutely pathetic service. Will not go there again.
