No feedback, incorrect information

Lancet submitted invoices to me, which totalled to an amount of R471.40. This account was paid.

There were also an invoice for an amount of R409.20, which was also paid.

THEN: On 18 April 2013, I received an invoice for R1007.10 outstanding. According to Lancet the incorrect dependant code was used, which we don't understand. My husband was in hospital and Lancet claimed the other two invoices mentioned, with the correct dependant code, but this one of R1007.10 was claimed incorrectly.

This is not our fault, neither the medical aids fault. Lancet cannot give us proof that the claim was submitted, and thus the medical aid won't look at it.

Please urgently investigate this and resolve the problem, as we will not pay this account due to a mistake made by Lancet.

Your urgent attention in this regard will be highly appreciated.
