Discovery Keeps Moving The Goals Posts!!!

Last year we received news of our upgrade status from Gold to Diamond on Vitality. I took a screenshot off our Vitality website page, so that I could record that fact. I also spoke to a Vitality staffer last year, who confirmed this. When I checked our status this year, it did not show our upgrade. I called and was informed that the system would be 'refreshed' and that our upgrade would display correctly in '5 minutes'. A few days later I get a phone call and I'm told YOU DON'T QUALIFY FOR THE UPGRADE BECAUSE IN 2010 YOU DIDN'T ACTUALLY MAKE THE NUMBER OF POINTS REQUIRED I can't verify this claim because Discovery's system doesn't allow us to do that online, and how do I know that the 'refresh' didn't 'WIPE OUT' points we actually had but then were deleted? Initial query sent 4 Jan, Disc reply 8 Jan, advs feedback in 3 days. I f/up 10th Jan, Dis reply dd 11 Jan INQUIRY IN LATTER STAGES. I f/up 15 Jan NO RESPONSE SINCE - Now 3 X slower than originally promised feedback. Also heard Discovery have moved the goal posts on personal fitness tests without informing us - now you get only half the points you got last year - 15000 points was replaced with 7500 - therefore have to do 2 tests!
