Poor service in Lavish Hospital

My Father was admitted to Paarl Medi Clinic on Friday 10 May 2013. We visited every day for that weekend. On Monday 13 May 2013 he told us that he has not been bathed since being admitted. He couldnt do it by himself. He is also type 2 Diabetic, he couldnt tell us when last he had a proper meal as no one helped him. He was moved to ICU. We kept on phoning the hospital for updates on his condition. I have never even met his doctor. The staff seemed frustrated with my father as they had to assist him with everything. He cried while telling us how he is being treated in a rough and harsh manner. My father has since been moved out of ICU and has a new doctor. No one was available to tell us why there is a new doctor or any updates whatsoever. This is already a traumatising time for my family, the least whe expected from this hospital was proper basic care. While their facilities are top-class, their service is of the worst that I have ever seen!!!
