Virgin Active 24 to 28 visits without notice??

I'm furious with Vitality right now.

I've being a Virgin Active member for many, many years and during all of those years the requirement from my side was to attend gym 24 times in a rolling year. After receiving an odd mail from Virgin Active and a subsequent mail to Vitality from me, I'm told that I've only attended 27 times and need to attend 28.

What the, when did this change?

I'ne *never* had appropriate communication to inform of this, this is the first time I've heard of this.

I even have communication from the start of the year confirming that 24 is still the requirement?

Vitality, what on earth are you thinking, is this the way to treat loyal members.

I'm hating everything Discovery at the moment, I wish my company would offer more choices apart from Discovery.

Vitality, if you have any shred of customer service left, you'll fix this and re-instate my membership and inform me *properly* of agreement changes.
